Getting your Company/Firm verified from operator level is know as DLT Regulation and this is mandate to all customers who would like to use bulk smsservices irrespective of Promotional SMS /Transactional SMS or Service SMS.

Failing to register with the DLT platform will result in no access to send even a single message as SMS’s will be blocked from Operator end. 

The new TRAI regulation is intended to eliminate spam and the threat of frauds. To do this, TRAI has mandated the use of Block chain technology, also known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to implement the solution.

What you need to know before the registration process?

Principle Enterprises/Companies need to register as an Enterprise.

• Re-sellers need to register as Telemarketer -Aggregator Function.
• Please note while registering, select Twincles Tele-Solutions Pvt Ltd and Telemarketer ID:1202159742257499537.
• You need PDF versions of all the KYC documents for the registration. 
• Business identity – PAN
• Business entity Address proof – GST / TAN
• Letter of Authorization (LOA) – Co. Authorizing the individual (Format is available on the portal)
• Authorized Signatory (Format will be shared or available in operator portal as well)

Please Note: Registration Fees are chargeable by few operators as per their norms.

Once you submit the form with all relevant documents uploaded, there will be a KYC verification process and post that your organization will get a Unique Entity ID, which is mapped from our end as well , thereon sms service is started.

Please Note: To ensure better delivery across all operators, please register with Videocon as well as BSNL, JIO as well.  To register with Videocon, all you need to do is enter your Unique ID provided by BSNL.
